Rack of Lamb

These small lamb racks come from our flock of hair sheep and weigh approximately 1–1.5 lbs each, measuring about 12 inches in length.

Hair sheep are naturally smaller-framed than traditional wool breeds, producing lamb that is lean, tender, and exceptionally flavorful.

All of our lamb is 100% grass-fed and grass-finished. During the winter months, our flock is fed high-quality alfalfa hay and provided free-choice salt and minerals to support animal health and superior meat quality.

Perfect for roasting, grilling, or slicing into individual chops.
