We barely were able to get these home and Nico was itching to try one out. So due to being a Pastured Turkey (more activity than your factory farmed turkey) the skin is going to be inedible due to the smoked process. But slice into these like you would a Ham and enjoy. They are super tasty and full of flavor.
***if you plan on reheating, place in a pan, on a grate with 1” of water in pan and cover it. This will allow to not dry out the breast.
