Our Mangalitsa pork belly comes from our corn-free and soy-free fed pigs that are raised slowly over 12–18 months, allowing rich flavor and exceptional fat quality to fully develop.

Each pork belly is packaged in 2–3 lb portions and is uncured and unsmoked, giving you complete flexibility to season, cure, smoke, or cook it however you choose.
